I have been on 3 different ones and finally seem to have found one that works well for me. Do not try to go about this with out meds unless your doctor is aware. If you suffered from epilepsy and needed meds to keep it under control would you forego them because you didn't like taking medication? Depression is a disease and you cannot be expected to recover with out some help.
